Our firm has been a solid, continuous presence in Evergreen, Colorado since its formation in 1987. Throughout the years, we have undertaken general civil representation of individuals and businesses based in the foothills of Denver and in the city itself. Many of these relationships are continuous and long term. Historically, we have emphasized focused and personal client treatment.

Our goal is to provide the highest quality legal representation without sacrificing the responsiveness of one-on-one relationships. Brian Jeffrey has been a practicing attorney for forty years. He has a wide breadth of experience in all civil matters, but is particularly well versed in business law, litigation, trust/estate law, and family law. He is assisted by Rita Powers, a certified paralegal, who has been a valued addition to the firm for more than two decades.

Our firm operates from a suite in the La Plaza Center in north Evergreen, and prides itself in a relaxed, but professional demeanor.
